How to contact Amazon’s Customer Care via Email, Chat or Phone

It seems that it’s quite complicated for most people to contact Amazon. We’ll show you how to contact them step-by-step, including screenshots!


This is one of the most common requests we get when it comes to Amazon.

Contacting Amazon is easy once you learn how to do it and you do it at least once.

You’ll need an account to contact them via email. So if you don’t have one already or if you are not logged in, do it now.

Here’s how to contact Amazon:

  • First, go to Amazon (any page)
  • Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Help” or use this link and go straight there.

  • You’ll be taken to a new page where you’ll need to browse through their FAQs (do it, you’ll likely find an answer there). Out of all the options, choose the last one – “Need more help?” and then click on “Contact us” (you can also use this link to go there)

  • Next, you’ll need to provide more information about the issue you’re having and why you want to contact Amazon. The options are self-explanatory. After you’re done with everything, you’ll get 3 options for contacting them, including E-mail, Phone, and Chat. We recommend using Chat. It will most likely be the quickest way of solving your issue.
